Sizing incorrect. Selected the 17-18 measurement and received a collar that was 23/24 inches instead and was told this is appropriate sizing but if I

I measured my dogs neck before ordering and the collar came just a little too big. It slides right off my dog. Well made good quality. Bad sizing.
